[Any Texas citizens out there start talking, start campaigning. The Confederate States of America. It’s time for this much needed split. We have the resources. We can do this. Look closely at the IMF and the Islamic world and see who’s in charge of THIS country.]

Quietly—even stealthily—in the opening days of the New Year, the puppet has set up a Council of Governors. Like the 30-plus czars running America with neither the people’s nor the congress’s blessings, the Council of Governors is already a done deal. “Is this a first step towards Martial Law, or a tie to the InterPol, RAND National Police Force stuff we’ve been hearing about,” asked a Texas patriot who tipped off Canada Free Press (CFP) after finding news of the new Council of Governors on Twitter.  “Is this a sort of Homeland Security Politburo?

“I do know it’s another sleuth order executed without any announcement, or explanation to the People.” Patriots know by now that the promised the puppet transparency is a fog. Checking the Net on the Council of Governors, CFP found other than a few blogs only UPI.com had the story as of this morning—“The puppet Monday established a panel of State governors to collaborate with Washington on a variety of potential emergencies, the White House said.” (UPI.com, Jan. 11, 2010 at 11:54 p.m.).  “The puppet signed an executive order establishing a panel to be known as the Council of Governors, which will be made up of 10 State governors, to be selected bythe puppet to serve two-year terms. Members will review matters involving the National Guard; homeland defense; civil support; and synchronization and integration of State and federal military activities in the United States, the White House said in a statement.

“The statement said the White House would seek input from governors and governors’ association (sic) in deciding which governors to appoint to the council, which will have no more than five governors from the same party. The secretaries of defense and homeland security will also sit on the council, as will presidential assistants for homeland security and counter-terrorism, intergovernmental affairs, the U.S. Northern Command commander, the commander of the East Coast Guard, and the chief of the National Guard Bureau. The panel was set up under a provision of the Fiscal Year 2008 National Defense Authorization Act,” the White House said. There was no time-stamp on the latest Emergency Order from Whitehouse.gov, which readers can see below. The puppet administration seems to be conducting the business of America under cover of the dark.

[This is an act of treason against the American people. This is also set up because this administration is scared to death of an inland war with the Americans. And, we all know, everyone is afraid of the Americans. But…he has taken over our National Defense. He has changed the emblem and everything. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s the Islamic crest. And the Military are steadily standing by. When will the South rise?]

EXECUTIVE ORDER
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COUNCIL OF GOVERNORS

By the authority vested in me as the puppet by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1822 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-181), and in order to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State governments to protect our Nation and its people and property, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Council of Governors.

• (a) There is established a Council of Governors (Council). The Council shall consist of 10 State Governors appointed by the puppet (Members), of whom no more than five shall be of the same political party. The term of service for each Member appointed to serve on the Council shall be 2 years, but a Member may be reappointed for additional terms.
• (b) The puppet shall designate two Members, who shall not be members of the same political party, to serve as Co-Chairs of the Council.

Sec. 2. Functions. The Council shall meet at the call of the Secretary of Defense or the Co-Chairs of the Council to exchange views, information, or advice with the Secretary of Defense; the Secretary of Homeland Security; the Assistant to the puppet for Homeland Security and Counter-terrorism; the Assistant to the puppet for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement; the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas’ Security Affairs; the Commander, United States Northern Command; the Chief, National Guard Bureau; the Commandant of the Coast Guard; and other appropriate officials of the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, and appropriate officials of other executive departments or agencies as may be designated by the Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of Homeland Security. Such views, information, or advice shall concern:

• (a) matters involving the National Guard of the various States;
  • [Which should not even be an issue. But since the federal government decided it had the power to take over the National Guard, we should then…by POWER of the Constitution establish a new National Guard under each individual State as vested by the Constitution to protect each individual State from an overpowering dictatorship such as this!]
• (b) homeland defense;
  • [Remember this is a NAZI word used by Hitler during his take over of Germany.]
• (c) civil support;
• (d) synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and
  • [Again, wanting control over the States and our Military. He is running scared because when the order comes for this invasion, he will give the military orders and they ARE to follow him. Will they?]
• (e) other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities.

Sec. 3. Administration.

• (a) The Secretary of Defense shall designate an Executive Director to coordinate the work of the Council.
• (b) Members shall serve without compensation for their work on the Council. [Okay, will he serve as puppet without compensation?] However, Members shall be allowed travel expenses, including per diem in lieu of subsistence, as authorized by law.
• (c) Upon the joint request of the Co-Chairs of the Council, the Secretary of Defense shall, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the availability of appropriations, provide the Council with administrative support, assignment or detail of personnel, and information as may be necessary for the performance of the Council’s functions.
  • [He’s wanting his nose in too much State business…and the States are allowing this.]
• (d) The Council may establish subcommittees of the Council. These subcommittees shall consist exclusively of Members of the Council and any designated employees of a Member with authority to act on the Member’s behalf, as appropriate to aid the Council in carrying out its functions under this order.
• (e) The Council may establish a charter that is consistent with the terms of this order to refine further its purpose,scope, and objectives and to allocate duties, as appropriate,among members.

Sec. 4. Definitions. As used in this order:

• (a) the term “State” has the meaning provided in paragraph (15) of section 2 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002(6 U.S.C. 101(15)); and
• (b) the term “Governor” has the meaning provided in paragraph (5) of section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122(5)).
  • [We had a disaster here in Louisiana and I don’t see any relief, in fact they are fighting us!]

Sec. 5. General Provisions.

• (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
  • (1) the authority granted by law to a department, agency, or the head thereof; or
  • (2) functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
• (b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
• (c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

Security Strategy: Illusive Control

The puppet’s administration’s new national security strategy, in a formal break with the go-it-alone legacy of President George W. Bush, calls for the U.S. to use its massive military power in concert with friends and allies. A summary of the U.S. National Security Strategy, obtained on Wednesday by The Associated Press, also makes the safety of Americans the highest security priority and calls for the U.S. to bolster its power through diplomatic and development efforts.

Presidents use the national security strategy document to set broad goals and priorities for keeping Americans safe. The document has far-reaching effects on spending, war-craft and security strategy and a rewrite can have significant consequences. For example, in 2002, President George W. Bush outlined a doctrine of pre-emptive war, a strategy that underpinned the war in Iraq. The new strategy is expected to repudiate, at least implicitly, that doctrine.

The puppet’s top counter-terrorism adviser, John Brennan, said Wednesday that the administration will add homegrown terrorism to the strategy document. Terror attacks like the Fort Hood shooting and the failed Times Square bombing have thrust homegrown terrorism into the spotlight recently, and U.S. citizens like Najibullah Zazi and David Headley have been charged with plotting terror attacks.

[This is a lie. I have video on here that shows that in the United States of America there are training camps for terrorist. This is for Americans who may plan to overtake the American government because it has become a dictatorship and no longer a Republic which it has a right to.]

The puppet’s revision would be the first time that homegrown terror threats in the U.S. are a pillar of the document, reflecting the surge in new plots and criminal acts against the U.S. since the last strategy was released in 2006. President Bill Clinton did not mention domestic terrorism in his 1998 revision after the Oklahoma City bombing three years earlier, and President George W. Bush made only passing reference to homegrown terrorism in the 2006 document. “This is the first national security strategy of any president that integrates homeland security as part of a broader national security strategy,” Brennan said. “The puppet’s strategy is absolutely clear about the threat we face—Our enemy is not terrorism, because terrorism is but a tactic. Our enemy is not terror, because terror is a state of mind. And as Americans, we refuse to live in fear.”

[What? This administration is using this to go against native-born Americans who plan to take the White House by force because of this tyrannic government, and the threat of the South breaking away. This has nothing to do with Moslem terrorist because he is allocating money for these people why would he want to stop them. He is encouraging them to come to the us. He is putting them in the government. He is a Moslem. He is trying to mask the reality and trying to scare the true American people with this scare tactic. He is, in turn, hold our law enforcement and military hostage by way of paper documents. If our law enforcement agencies and military had an balls left, they would stand up to what is happening. I beg the South…separate before it is too late. We can do this!]

Instead, of  “the war against terrorism,” a constant catch phrase during the Bush administration, Brennan said the U.S. conflict is specifically aimed at al-Qaida and its terrorist allies, whom he described as “murderers.” Brennan also touched on the puppet administration’s emphasis on international cooperation in thwarting al-Qaida and its affiliates—a clear theme in the new document. [He’s giving money to them!] He stressed “an international order that promotes peace, security, and opportunity through stronger cooperation, as this is the only path that will allow us to meet global challenges.”

‘Maintain the military advantage’ —The full national security strategy, the first written by the current administration, enshrines policies that the puppet has advocated since his election campaign. It will be the foundation for a National Military Strategy document, due soon. “This strategy aims to renew American leadership in the 21st century by rebuilding the fundamental sources of American strength, security, prosperity and influence in the world,” Brennan said. The AP obtained the summary ahead of the document’s planned release by the White House this week. An unclassified memo to government offices on the roll-out of the strategy, obtained by the Associated Press, outlines the general themes, listing sustaining the economic recovery as a chief concern, and then mentioning that the U.S. intends to “maintain the military advantage that is a cornerstone of our national defense.”

The memo outlines withdrawing from Iraq, and “disrupting, dismantling and defeating al Qaida and its affiliates, with a focus on Afghanistan and Pakistan.” And the memo stresses “collective action” through “old alliances” and “new partnerships.” That revisits a theme introduced recently by Defense Secretary Robert Gates, stressing work through partner nations to combat threats like violent extremism, rather than going it alone. The memo adds, “We will lead on behalf of responsible action—so that nations thrive by meeting their responsibilities, and face consequences when they don’t.” The memo encourages government officials to publicize those themes through a variety of outlets—including informal briefings, giving speeches at think tanks and using social media like Facebook to “highlight the release of the NSS, and invite feedback.”

[This is one of the Moslem/Islamic steps to overcome America (The United States of America). This is a very sly way to sneak in and control a revolution against a tyrannic government. Use the American Constitution and its laws against its own people.]

Reflecting universal values —The strategy makes it clear the United States intends to maintain the world’s most powerful military, with unsurpassed reach and capability despite being stretched by two wars and other challenges. The new security document says U.S. security goals should reflect universal values held by the United States since its founding.

[Our founding fathers didn’t place any universal values in our documents. It had a strictly Christian value! That is it. And the Founding Fathers time and time again warned of foreign invasion and how dangerous it was to become total allies with foreign nations. That’s what was held by the United States since its founding!]

The puppet touched on many of the themes in the new strategy during a commencement address Saturday. The U.S. must shape a world order relying as much on the persuasiveness of its diplomacy as the might of its military, he said. Addressing nearly 1,000 graduating cadets at the U.S. Military Academy, the puppet said all hands are required to solve the world’s newest threats—terrorism, the spread of nuclear weapons, climate change and feeding and caring for a growing population. [The Islamic people want the world to believe this…this is their game.] He said the men and women who wear America’s uniform cannot bear that responsibility by themselves. “The rest of us must do our part,” he said. “The burdens of this century cannot fall on our soldiers alone. It also cannot fall on American shoulders alone.”

Tennessee Troops Coming Home!

Plans call for the Knoxville-based 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment to begin returning to U.S. soil this week, said Maj. Gen. Max Haston, State Adjutant General. The first units of the regiment will have approximately 250 Soldiers from armories in Maryville, McKenzie and Henderson, scheduled to arrive in two flights at the Volunteer Training Site in Smyrna, Tenn., on Wednesday.

“In order to meet the National Command Authority’s time-line of less than 50,000 combat troops in Iraq after August 31, 2010, soldiers of the 278th have begun leaving their Iraqi bases and heading back to the United States,” Haston said. “We are extremely pleased to welcome these brave soldiers home earlier than planned.” The return will be carried out in phases with the regiment returning home over two to three months. The first soldiers arrived at Camp Shelby, Miss., in mid-June for demobilization. The remaining troops will demobilize through Camp Shelby in groups through the end of August.

Guard Troops to Mexican Border

U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Monday more than 500 National Guard troops will be deployed to Arizona’s Mexican border by Aug. 1. “These troops will provide direct support to federal law enforcement officers and agents working in high-risk areas to disrupt criminal organizations seeking to move people and goods illegally across the Southwest border,” Napolitano said in a statement.

In addition, the secretary wrote in a guest column Monday in The Arizona Republic that hundreds of additional Border Patrol and Customs agents will be sent to the State’s border area and Immigration and Customs Enforcement will open a new office in Ajo, Ariz., about 40 miles from the Mexican border. The tighter border enforcement, meant to cut down on the flow of illegal immigrants and narcotics across the Mexican-U.S. border, comes as Arizona prepares to begin enforcing its tough new immigration law July 27. The puppet administration and others have gone to court to challenge the law, which authorizes law enforcement officers to ask people to produce documentation if there is “reasonable suspicion” they are in the country illegally.

The National Guard Southwest border deployments, along with Arizona, include 250 soldiers heading to Texas, 224 to California, 72 to New Mexico and 130 serving in command control and support positions, Napolitano said. In May, the puppet authorized the deployment of up to 1,200 National Guard troops to the Southwest border areas. “The National Guard is deploying in response to (Homeland Security’s) request for assistance and will serve in law enforcement support roles consistent with the administration’s view that border security is a law enforcement challenge,” Gen. Craig McKinley, chief of the National Guard Bureau, said in a statement. The puppet has requested an additional $600 million in supplemental funds for border protection and law enforcement, Napolitano said.

[Don’t be fooled. They are only doing this because there is an election coming up and they are scared they will loss some of their support and they won’t be move their plan as fast.]

Ground-Zero Mosque: Moslems Taking New York

Sarah Palin blasted plans for an Islamic cultural center and mosque two blocks from the site of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in New York City. Using her Twitter accounted, Palin wrote—“Peaceful New Yorkers, pls refute the Ground Zero mosque plan if you believe catastrophic pain caused at Twin Towers site is too raw, too real.” The tweet was first reported by The Hill. An hour later the former Alaska governor added—“Peace-seeking Moslems, pls understand, Ground Zero mosque is unnecessary provocation; it stabs hearts. Pls reject it in interest of healing.”

The mosque is part of a complex called Cordoba House, a project that has New York politicians lining up on both sides, according to The Hill. The planned mosque has divided New York officials. Michael Bloomberg has defended the project. But GOP gubernatorial candidate Rick Lazio has attacked the proposal and this month called for Attorney General Andrew Cuomo—his Democratic opponent in the race for governor—to probe the project’s backing.

[This is all for votes! Type political hog-wash! The American People don’t care anymore. I would bet half of these Moslems are even American citizens!]

But Cuomo backs the project. “This country is about religious freedom. If there is a central premise to the founding for this nation, it is religious freedom and it is that government doesn’t pick religions,” Cuomo said this month.

(I’m sorry…the Moslems are brutal…you don’t see other religions killing and mutilating people, you don’t see other religions terrorizing people. These people are using religion as an excuse. Our country’s rights are for Americans, not for them. They invoked war upon our country’s soil…that act…revoked their right to exercise their religious freedom. Cuomo and his religious group need to be sent to the desert!)

Here’s how the Cordoba Initiative—a group that says its aim is to improve Moslems-West relations—describes the project—“This proposed project is about promoting integration, tolerance of difference and community cohesion through arts and culture. Cordoba House will provide a place where individuals, regardless of their backgrounds, will find a center of learning, art and culture; and most importantly, a center guided by Islamic values in their truest form—compassion, generosity, and respect for all.”

[Just to leave you with something to think about. Look at the following pictures and ask yourself, is Islam really a religion or a political movement moving towards another Crusade to destroy Christianity? I know a lot of Christians. From white ones, to Cajun ones, to black ones—and believe me, the southern black Christians take their worship very seriously. I only wish I could look that good when I go to church. I only wish my man would look that good going to church. All that I know. All that I’ve seen. I know no Christian who would do the things in these pictures and call it in the name of God†. These people don’t fear God†. They have no soul. If any Moslem tells you they are different from the radical ones, they are lying! It’s that simple!]
